Pyritised Ammonite Hand Stamped Pendant
Pyritised Ammonite Hand Stamped Pendant
This pyritised ammonite is from Lyme Regis and dates back to 190 million years. It comes from an ammonite that has been replaced with calcite and pyrite over time. This has created the metallic pattern that you can see at the top of the stone. It is set in sterling silver with hand stamped details. It is fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office, and comes with an 18" silver chain.
It measures approx 4.2 x 2.8cm and weighs approx 17g.
